Project delivery

One point of coordination from approval to commissioning.

Every project brings together customer requirements, technical decisions, internal teams and delivery milestones. Our Project Management team keeps those elements connected, providing clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

01

Project handover

Bringing together the commercial, technical and operational information agreed during the sales process and establishing a clear basis for delivery.

02

Customer coordination

Acting as the main customer contact throughout the delivery phase, managing communication, approvals, technical clarifications and project milestones.

03

Internal coordination

Connecting engineering, production, procurement and installation so each stage of the project progresses against the agreed scope and programme.

04

Delivery & commissioning

Coordinating logistics, site requirements, installation planning, commissioning and final project handover with the customer.

Project control

Keeping every stage connected.

Project Management provides continuity between the customer and the teams responsible for delivering the equipment. From drawing approval and engineering coordination through production, logistics and site activity, the project manager maintains oversight of the complete delivery process.

Connected delivery

Bringing sales, engineering and delivery together.

The project manager takes the requirements established during the sales process and carries them through the delivery phase, ensuring that commercial commitments, engineering decisions and customer expectations remain aligned. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Production and Installation, Project Management helps maintain continuity from the original requirement through to final commissioning and handover.
