Sales & Project Development

From first conversation to the right project approach.

Our Sales & Project Development team works with customers from the earliest stages of an enquiry, combining product knowledge, operational understanding and engineering input to define the right access solution.

Whether the requirement can be met with proven NIJL equipment or needs a customer-specific approach, we help establish a clear route from initial need to project delivery.

From requirement to project

Developing the right approach from the outset.

Every project starts with understanding how the equipment will be used. Our sales team works directly with customers to define the requirement, identify suitable products and bring in engineering expertise where a more tailored solution is needed.

01

Requirement definition

Understanding the aircraft, maintenance task, working environment, access requirements and operational constraints.

02

Product selection

Identifying proven NIJL equipment and configurations that meet the requirement efficiently and effectively.

03

Project development

Working with engineering where adaptation, integration or a customer-specific solution is required.

04

Commercial coordination

Developing the scope, quotation and technical basis of the project, then handing over to Project Management to coordinate engineering, production and delivery.

Working together

Sales and engineering from the start.

Sales & Project Development works closely with Engineering and Project Management from the earliest stages of an enquiry. This helps ensure proposed solutions are technically appropriate, commercially clear and aligned with realistic project delivery requirements. Once an order is placed, the project is formally handed over to Project Management, providing continuity between what has been agreed during the sales process and how the project is delivered.

✓Clear requirement definition before quotation
✓Experienced product and application knowledge
