NIJL Welcomes Thomas (Tommy) Prinsloo as QHSE Manager

Tommy brings more than eight years of experience in quality management and project planning, having built a strong background in quality assurance, quality control, compliance and continuous improvement. Throughout his career, he has been committed to developing robust quality systems, driving process improvements and ensuring that organisations operate to the highest standards.

With extensive experience in project quality management and a passion for creating a culture of continuous improvement, Tommy’s approach aligns closely with NIJL’s commitment to engineering safer working environments. His expertise in quality systems, process optimisation and operational excellence will play an important role in supporting the company’s continued growth and maintaining the standards our customers have come to expect.

Tommy joins NIJL at an exciting time as the business continues to expand across the aviation, road and rail, power and process, and defence sectors. As QHSE Manager, he will help strengthen the company’s focus on quality, safety and continuous improvement across all areas of the organisation.
