NIJL Q1 2025 Business Update: A Strong Start to the Year

As we move through 2025, we’re pleased to share a positive start to the year at NIJL, marked by strong order intake, ongoing global partnerships, and continued growth across our teams and operations.

Strong Momentum in Commercial Aviation

We’ve secured several significant projects to supply complete narrow body maintenance facilities for customers across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. These orders represent a combined value exceeding €3.5 million and will include full sets of NIJL equipment – from nose, wing, and tail docks to mobile access platforms for engines, PAX doors, landing gear, and cargo bay access.

In addition to these major projects, we’ve continued to support both longstanding and new commercial aviation clients with tailored maintenance access solutions. Orders have included:

  • Interior lifts, crew and PAX stairs
  • Specialised fan blade handling systems
  • Customised steps and docking solutions for both narrow and wide body aircraft

This wide-ranging activity demonstrates both the versatility of our solutions and the trust placed in NIJL by global operators and MROs.

Expanding Presence in Military Aviation

Our capabilities continue to be recognised in the military sector. We’ve delivered cockpit access ladders and multi-platform solutions for F35 maintenance, reinforcing our reputation as a dependable partner in advanced defence projects.

Power & Process: Continued Growth

The Power & Process division remains a strong contributor to our portfolio, with several notable orders already booked this year – ranging from turbine platform systems to bespoke access equipment for complex industrial environments.

Team Expansion and Operational Delivery

To support our growth, we’ve welcomed new colleagues across all departments, including Sales, Engineering, Project Management, and Production. These additions reflect our ongoing commitment to delivering excellence from concept through to installation.

Several major projects have recently been completed, including a widebody docking solution delivered to a key customer in New Zealand and a range of access systems supplied to leading European maintenance organisations.

Looking Ahead

With a strong Q1 behind us, NIJL remains focused on innovation, quality, and customer service. As always, we thank our clients and partners for their continued confidence and look forward to further success in the quarters ahead.
