NIJL Supports Present Zwolle with Volunteer Day and Donation

This week, NIJL partnered with Present Zwolle as part of their Klus & Ontmoet initiative, offering both practical help and financial support to a project aimed at assisting individuals in vulnerable circumstances.

A team of seven NIJL staff members — including CEO Norbert Pieterse, along with Chris, Judith, Henry, Bas, Dylan, and Martin — dedicated a full day to cleaning and helping renovate the home of a local resident who recently passed away. The property has been left to a daughter facing financial challenges, and our team was proud to contribute to improving the living situation during this transitional and emotional period.

In addition to volunteering, NIJL donated €1,200 to cover project overheads and to support the broader work of Present Zwolle. The organisation was selected as our Christmas charity, but through this collaboration we have developed an even stronger connection to their mission. As a result, we plan to continue working with Present Zwolle and expand our involvement in 2026.
