A mobile, height adjustable access platform to provide aircraft engineers with a safe method to gain access to the aircraft fuselage crown area for installation and maintenance of WiFi antens such as Starlink.
The platform features a fully enclosed stairway giving access to the large top platform, with adjustable locking floor sections and a deployable handrail enclosure which completely surrounds the work area with profiled railing to ensure a precise fit to the curvature of the fuselage. Removable railing ensures the engineers are completely enclosed while they deploy the extendable floors and handrail enclosure.
Developed to provide access to a wide range of aircraft this platform can be used in most widebody fleets.
